Call center staff

Number of position: 3

Reporting to:  Sales Manager

     KEY DELIVERABLE:

  • Pick calls
  • Handle customer issues
  • Resolve customer Queries
  • Inform company of the issue of customer
  • Escalate customers complaint to relevant stakeholders

SKILL AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Graduate or diploma holder
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and good problem-solving skills
  • High level of confidence and ability to establish communications with others
  • proficient in MS Word and Excel
  • Ability to prioritize and work with minimum supervision
  • Have a basic knowledge of using a computer
  • Having a good typing speed
