FERWAFA would like to request interested people to apply for the below-listed positions by fulfilling the respective mentioned requirements:
Receptionist and customer care
Report to: The Director of Administration and Finance
Role: To ensure proactive good care and treatment of customers, visitors, and guests in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the quality of customer care and service delivery.
He (She) is specifically responsible for:

1. Receive, record and distribute all incoming and outgoing emails |

2. Establish and maintain the general filing system and file all correspondences |

3. Receive and provide clear guidance and orientation to FERWAFA clients/visitors |

4. Produce a report of activities |

SELECTION CRITERIA
The candidate will:
- Have a bachelor’s degree in Office management, Secretariat, Hospitality, Management, with 1 Year proven experience as a receptionist or customer care position;Be proficient in the use of MS Office suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word;
- Have excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in English, French, and Kinyarwanda (any other language being a plus);
- The candidate should be available to start immediately upon confirmation of his recruitment and contract terms finalization.
