World Vision is a Christian relief, development and advocacy organization whose purpose is to create lasting change in the lives of children, families, and communities living in poverty. Inconsistency with its Christian Values, World Vision is dedicated to working with the world’s most vulnerable people. In Rwanda, World Vision has been part of the country’s experience and journey since 1994 working through relief, rehabilitation, and development programs.
Currently, WVR is working on an office building project for the head office in Kigali. At completion, the project will house approximately 120 full-time staff. The property is located on the main tarmac from US Embassy to Kigali Convention Center and adjacent to the European Commission. The site visit is scheduled on Thursday 28th February 2019 at 10.00am – meeting area is at the Head Office of World Vision Rwanda in Kacyiru.
WV is seeking Request For Proposal from interested consortia of International or local firms with a presence in Kigali to design the complex, provide development advice and provide construction supervision during the project implementation. Participation to the competition is therefore open and on equal conditions to all firms specialized in the field.
Terms of Reference may be obtained at World Vision Rwanda – Head Office from Monday 25th February 2019 upon presentation of a prepaid bank slip of a non-refundable fee of Twenty Thousand Rwanda Francs (20,000 Rwf) deposited to the account #0010083813839701 labeled “WORLD VISION RWANDA” opened at “ECOBANK“.
Well printed Proposals written in English, properly bound and presented in two copies of which, an original and one copy in sealed envelopes must be deposited at the World Vision Head offices located in Kigali/Kacyiru, P.O Box 1419, Tel: 0788308924/6/7/8 latest 8th March 2019 at 10:00 am local time.
